Top tips for dieting - What foods to eat?


1. Grapefruits - Lowers insulin levels, reducing cravings so it's easier to burn fat.
2. Eat plenty of vegetables - Vegetables keep you fuller for longer, giving you energy and are low in calories.

  • Spinach
  • Asparagus

3. Reduce the amount of animal fats such as; cheese, milk and red meat
4. Plenty of protein such as chicken and turkey
5. eat plenty of oily fish such as salmon which is also high in protein
6. Include healthy snacks such as fruit, yogurts and nuts
7. exercise regularly, set yourself a realistic routine and stick to it
8. Cut down on the alcohol as its full of empty calories
9. drink plenty of water, to keep your body and skin healthy and fresh
10. Top Tip - Eat better not less!!
